◆Meeting details of the plan
After plan contract, if necessary, we will conduct detailed building survey, such as seismic diagnosis, and reflect it on the design.

You can re-estimate based on the determined design books and consult with the revised bill depending on your budget.

* If there are additional changes in construction after the decision of the delivery date, there is a case where additional costs will be incurred and the construction period will be extended.

◆Prepare for construction and start construction
I will do a neighborhood greeting before construction starts. We will check the delivery route and the dismantling range again.
We will do curing such as existing part and common corridor (in the case of condominium) and start dismantling.
After dismantling, check based on the drawing, if there is a part requiring adjustment, report it, consult with you and decide correspondence.
After that, we will arrange meetings on site as necessary in accordance with the process.
We will notify you so when we need to change the construction schedule or the delivery date.

During construction, construction management staff will manage the site responsibly and report on the situation on site as necessary.
We will decide the date and time of the completion inspection and, if necessary, the intermediate inspection and will contact you.

In-house inspection · owner's inspection

In accordance with the scale of construction, inspections will be conducted according to internal regulations such as conduit piping and earthquake resistant reinforcement. We will conduct an internal inspection when construction is completed. We also conduct inspections such as electrification, water supply, and water leakage. After that, the owner will also perform a completion inspection such as confirmation of the final finish. If there is any remaining work, we will create a checklist and hand it over. If there is additional change in cost, we will present your liquidation statement.

After Maintenance

Please check that the construction is completed based on the checklist.
The person in charge will explain how to use special equipment.
I will return the key.

Please transfer the price at the time of delivery stated at the time of contract.
If the construction period is extended due to additional construction occurred during construction, we will pay you according to the agreement at the time of contract and additional construction will be paid separately with completion.
After the payment is confirmed, we issue warranty certificate with attachment of warranty statement stating the warranty details, we will mail it.
